Shipping Policy

Lumen Haru ships industrial products across Cambodia, Vietnam, and Japan. All orders are processed from our warehouse in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Domestic (Cambodia): Flat rate 44,000 KHR

International (Vietnam and Japan): Flat rate 76,000 KHR

Estimated Delivery Times

Cambodia: 3-5 business days

Vietnam: 7-14 business days

Japan: 7-14 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status through our website or contact us at alex.nguyen.trieu@gmail.com.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Lumen Haru is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
