King Tiger E7018 — Low-Hydrogen High-Strength Electrode (AWS A5.1 E7018/E7016)
HAKUDO E7018 is a low-hydrogen, high-strength basic electrode for structural, pressure and load-bearing welds where toughness and crack resistance matter. Smooth, low-spatter arc and dense, X-ray-quality deposits on carbon and low-alloy steels.
Best for: structural steel, bridges, pressure vessels and tanks, heavy machinery, shipbuilding, 16Mn and low-alloy high-strength steel, and any weld with a WPS / inspection requirement.

Positions F·H·V·OH · AC / DC+. Current: 2.5 mm 70–100 A · 3.2 mm 110–150 A · 4.0 mm 150–200 A · 5.0 mm 200–260 A. Re-bake 350°C × 2 h before use; keep in a heated quiver.
