King Tiger Z408 — Nickel-Iron Cast Iron Electrode (AWS A5.15 ENiFe-CI)

HAKUDO Z408 is a nickel-iron electrode for stronger cast-iron repairs that must carry load. Higher strength than pure nickel and about 35% more economical, ideal for ductile iron and stressed components.

Best for: ductile/nodular iron, engine blocks and gearboxes, automotive and agricultural castings, thick or high-stress cast parts where machining isn't critical.

Skip-weld, cool between passes. Current: 2.5 mm 60–90 A · 3.2 mm 80–120 A · 4.0 mm 120–160 A · 5.0 mm 160–210 A.
