King Tiger E308L — Stainless Steel Electrode 304/304L (AWS A5.4 E308L)

HAKUDO E308L is a standard stainless electrode for welding and fabricating 304 / 304L / 321 stainless steel. Low carbon (≤ 0.04%) resists intergranular corrosion; clean, stable arc and smooth bead appearance.

Best for: food & pharma tanks and piping, light chemical equipment, stainless frames and railings, decorative stainless, low-temperature service down to −196°C.

Not recommended for: high-chloride / marine or strong-acid environments — use HAKUDO E316L.

• Impact ≥ 80 J @ −196°C

AC / DC+. Current: 2.5 mm 60–80 A · 3.2 mm 80–110 A · 4.0 mm 110–150 A · 5.0 mm 150–200 A. No pre-heat needed; avoid carbon pick-up.
